APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension of liquidation order dated the 5th December, 2022, I appointed Josephine Mwangi (Mrs.), County Director for Co-operatives , Muranga County to be liquidator for Agip Sacco Society (CS/2813) (in liquidation) Limited, for a period not exceeding twelve (12) months, and whereas the said appointed Josephine Mwangi (Mrs), has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period, now therefore, I extend the liquidation period for Agip Sacco Society (CS/2813) (in liquidation) Limited, for another period not exceeding six (6) months from the date hereof and extend the appointment for the said Josephine Mwangi (Mrs.), as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society.
