NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th November, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 518, in Volume DI, Folio 924/3564, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Mary Mugechi Mwaniki, formerly known as Mary Mugechi Gikonyo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Mugechi Gikonyo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mary Mugechi Mwaniki, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mary Mugechi Mwaniki only.
