NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd January, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1316, in Volume D1, Folio 878/3584, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Mukami Wanjiru Kiaritha, formerly known as Rahab Wanjiru Kiaritha, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rahab Wanjiru Kiaritha and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mukami Wanjiru Kiaritha, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mukami Wanjiru Kiaritha only.
