NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th January, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 595, in Volume D1, Folio 10/125, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Vincent Kipkosgei, of P.O. Box 729–30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Meli Victor Kirwa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Meli Victor Kirwa and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Vincent Kipkosgei, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Vincent Kipkosgei only.
