NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 16th January, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 702, in Volume D1, Folio 916/3841, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Mohamed Kholosh Mohamed, of P.O. Box 40923–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mohamed Dughow Ibrahim, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Dughow Ibrahim, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Kholosh Mohamed, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Kholosh Mohamed only.
