ESTABLISHMENT

ESTABLISHING A COUNTY AGGREGATION AND INDUSTRIAL PARK INQUIRY IN PURSUANCE of section 112 and 162 (2) of the Land Act No. 6 of 2012, and further to Kenya Gazette No. 14871 of 3rd November, 2023, the National Land Commission on behalf of County Government of Elgeyo Marakwet gives notice of hearing of claims to compensation for interested parties in the land required for establishment of a County Aggregation and Industrial Park shall be held on the date and place shown below: SCHEDULE Plot No. Registered Owner Affected Area (Ha) Burgar Chief’s Office on 27th February, 2024 at 10:30am L.R. No. 11451 Hekiro Investment Limited 40.59 Every person interested in the affected land is required to deliver to the National Land Commission on or before the day of the inquiry a written claim to compensation, copy of identify card (ID), Personal Identification No. (PIN), land ownership documents and bank account details. The Commission offices are in Ardhi House, 3rd Floor, Room 305, 1st Ngong Avenue, Nairobi and at the Commission’s County Co-coordinator’s Office in Elgeyo Marakwet County.
