TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 51 OF 2023 By Dhruv Mohanlal Khetia, of P.O. Box 668–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of probate with the will annexed to the estate of Kirankumar Jayantilal Vyas, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd May, 2021. CAUSE NO. 66 OF 2023 By Moses Wafula Wepukhulu, of P.O. Box 1594–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of probate with the will annexed to the estate of Stephen Khaemba Nambalu alias Stephen Wepukhulu Nambalu, who died at Biribiriet, on 16th November, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
