TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E481 OF 2023 By Susan Engefu Anamanda, of P.O. Box 267, Vihiga in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Keverenge Mbecha, who died at Ikumba Sub-location, on 12th May, 1989. CAUSE NO. 482 OF 2023 By Akoya Oteche Agnettah, of P.O. Box 5873–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loice Omechi Oteche, who died on 25th July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
