TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E280 OF 2023 By Alice Wambui Ndungu, of P.O. Box 61, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Muriu Ngigi, who died at Mangu Sub-location, on 18th February, 2018. CAUSE NO. E332 OF 2023 By Francis Muiruri Nganga,of P.O. Box 4699–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wambui Nganga, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 29th November, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
