TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2023 By Douglas Mbuvi Munyithya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annah Kasyoka Munyithya alias Kasyoka Munyithya, who died at Kathoka Sub- location, on 18th June, 2020. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2023 By Ilako Kasevo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasevo Kithita Kathuni, who died at Kakululo Sub-location, on 9th December, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
