TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2023 By (1) Monicah Wanjiku Njenga and (2) Mary Njeri Njenga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabage Richu Gathecha alias Njenga Richu alias Kabage Richu, who died on 4th October, 2016. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2023 By Josepha Jamwaka O. Jangima, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Akinyi Opiacha, who died at North Kowe, on 23rd July, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
