CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2023 By (1) Alfred Nganga Kahura and (2) Solomon Wateri Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 496–01100, Kajiado in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kahura Mwaura, who died at Rongai, on 30th October, 1991. CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2023 By Pornee Njenga, the deceased’s child, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Waweru Njenga, who died at Royal Infirmary Glasgow, on 21st November, 2008. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2023 By (1) Ida Ngungi Masinya and (2) Faith Muthoni Masinya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evans Masinya Kahi, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 7th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2023 By (1) Wacheke ene Sangare, (2) Solomon Lekuka Makare and (3) James Tauta Mukare, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makare ole Kisheu Sankaire, who died on 25th January, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
