E73 OF 2023 By (1) Noseuri ene Loisugaa and (2) Jackline Lemayian, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Letema ole Kaiser Nelaperu, who died on 28th January, 2023. E78 OF 2023 By (1) Edna Jemutai Moi and (2) Praxcedis Jeruto Mutai, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emmanuel Kinyor Mutai, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd December, 2022. CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2023 By Akapa ole Kamakia, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamakia Mweshia Nakeel alias Kamakia ole Mweshia Nakeel alias Kamaki Mwesha Nakeel, who died at Enkirigirri, on 2nd July, 2023.
