E383 OF 2023 By Margaret Aoko Ng’ongo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ng’ongo Onyango, who died on 10th June, 1998. CAUSE NO. 384 OF 2023 By (1) Joel Otieno Apiyo and (2) Samwel Onyango Ajuoga, the deceased’s nephews, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ojwang’ Nyarasi, who died on 13th July, 1991.
