CAUSE NO. 248 OF 2023 By Philemon Moi Obare, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janes Bunde Obare, who died at Kitabaye Sub-location, on 14th June, 2018. CAUSE NO. 388 OF 2023 By Wilson Jura Kaudo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakiel Ochich Nyamolo, who died at Kakrao Sub-location, on 13th October, 1989. CAUSE NO. 389 OF 2023 By Lawi Midowa Owiti, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anyango Owiti, who died at Kamgundho Sub-location, on 13th April, 2013.
