CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2023 By Johanah Kimengich Cheptoo, of P.O. Box 158–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kobilo Chepnyamis, who died at Lelmen, on 8th October, 2011. CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2023 By Silvano Chebii, of P.O. Box 678–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Chebii Ngetuny alias Pius Ngetuny, who died at Keturo in 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
