E50 OF 2022 By (1) Anderson Kazungu Mangale and (2) Alfred Kenga Kazungu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kazungu Mangale Kombe, who died on 10th October, 1998. CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2023 By Mohamed Khamis Mwajamandah, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aisha Said Amri, who died on 7th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E183 OF 2023 By Nicholas Saro Kapathe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jumwa Saro Ngowa, who died on 21st September 2012. CAUSE NO. E184 OF 2023 By Priscilla Kezia Mung’aro, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japhet Kabengi Mung’aro, who died on 14th January, 2021. CAUSE NO. E185 OF 2023 By Priscilla Kezia Mung’aro, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Gathoni Mung’aro, who died on 9th October, 2017. CAUSE NO. E186 OF 2023 By Kahindi Kazungu Charo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kazungu Charo Kalulu, who died on 14th July, 2002.
