CAUSE NO. E170 OF 2023 By George Mwangi Njoroge, of P.O. Box 85, Ngewa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthoni Njoroge Kahenya, who died at Kamuchege, on 9th September, 2007.
