TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2023 By Fredrick Njuguna Ireri, of P.O. Box 52–01015, Ithanga in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ireri Karuguti, who died at Mianyani, on 22nd April, 2014. CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2023 By (1) Laura Ngina Mburu and (2) Benard Kiarie Kinyanjui, both of P.O. Box 20, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Kinyanjui Kiarie, who died at Kagunduini Sub-location, on 26th June, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
