TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E194 OF 2022 By Ambrosina Kiende Mwenda, of P.O. Box 317–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Mwenda M’Etaya, who died at Tigania Hospital in Kenya, on 20th March, 2017. CAUSE NO. E195 OF 2022 By Adams Kaberia Karanja, of P.O. Box 317–60200, Meru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ithalii Karanja, who died on 18th May, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
