Box 113–00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anne Wangui Wachira, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 6th May, 2023. CAUSE NO. E127 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Muthoni Kioi and (2) Jenio Kioi Mwaura, both of P.O. Box 15508–00503, Mbagathi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mwaura Njenga, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2023 By Louis Saimi Tande, of P.O. Box 78–00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manassseh Lemaiyian Tande, who died at St. Odilias Dispensary, on 13th October, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
