TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 207 OF 2023 By Hellen M. Alumasa, of P.O. Box 37, Maragoli in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kavayi Alumasa alias William Kivayilu Alumasa, who died at Mbale Sub-location, on 24th March, 2009. CAUSE NO. 305 OF 2023 By Hannington Mmbasu Agoi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ismael Agoi Ngongo, who died at Muhanda Sub-location, on 24th September, 2018. CAUSE NO. 359 OF 2023 By Kafuna Sammy Mugodo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kafuna Masambo, who died at Kaimosi Sub-location, on 6th August, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
