TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 144 OF 2023 By Rabeccah Khamonya Mangwari, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mangwali Engoke, who died at District Referrah Hospital, Vihiga in Kenya, on 28th March, 2014. CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2023 By Airen Muhadia Anyoso, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Haron Amyoso Odiga alias Harun Odiga, who died at Givogi Sub-location, on 20th May, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
