TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E290 OF 2023 By Elisha Opiyo Omolo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dalmas Omolo Opige, who died at District Hospital, Mbagathi in Kenya, on 10th April, 2003. CAUSE NO. E383 OF 2023 By (1) Catherine Ochanda Ochieng and (2) George Onyango Ochieng, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochieng Onyango, who died at Ojwando B Sub-location, on 7th April, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
