TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 135 OF 2023 By George Morara Onchoke, of P.O. Box 362–40400, Sare Awendo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mogosi Mogosi, who died on 1st January, 1991. CAUSE NO. E181 OF 2023 By Enosh Tinega Oguta, of P.O. Box 500–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oguta Ogucha alias James Oguta Ogucha, who died at Tabaka Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 1st June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
