Box 210, Kendu Bay in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maritha Akoth Njoga, who died at Kamser Seka Sub-location, on 6th July, 2006. CAUSE NO. E583 OF 2023 By (1) Moses Otieno Ochola and (2) Elisha Okeyo Ochola, both of P.O. Box 210, Kendu Bay in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochola Suri, who died at Kamser Seka Sub-location, on 10th July, 1994. CAUSE NO. 695 OF 2023 By Prisisila Adingo Otieno, of P.O. Box 597, Homa Bay in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Obuya Ojwang, who died at Kanyadenda Sub-location, on 16th June, 2017. CAUSE NO. E723 OF 2023 By Walter Onyango Pire, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cleopas Pire Ndolo, who died on 25th December, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
