E38 OF 2022 By Edward Cairo Okongo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Okongo Adika, who died on 18th June, 1992. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2023 By Eliakim Osano Okoth, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Atieno Okoth, who died on 29th August, 2022. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2023 By Margaret Auma Okumu, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dalmas Adhoch Nundu, who died on 24th April, 1988. CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2023 By Michael Ogada Oruko, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongoma Orage, who died on 4th May, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
