Box 361–30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chesire Chebii Kimente, who died on 5th June, 2006. CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2023 By Jane Jepkemoi Tanui, of P.O. Box 39–30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Kipsat Chemwolo, who died on 23rd September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2023 By (1) George Kipchumba Malakwen, (2) Stephen Kiptarus Chemoi and (3) Amos Kiprop Malakwen, all of P.O. Box 47–30129, Chepkorioi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malakwen Chemoi, who died on 1st December, 2003. CAUSE NO. Box 2745, Kitale in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkirong Kiplaktabai, who died on 26th October, 2018.
