TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E246 OF 2023 By (1) Dionis Mbatha Mutuku and (2) Joseph Nthuli Ngunguni, both of P.O. Box 3–90102, Mwala in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muinde Kivati, who died on 5th September, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
