Box 121, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Omwasi Odundo alias Omwasi Odundo, who died at Maseno Hospital in Kenya, who died on 27th July, 2004. CAUSE NO. E453 OF 2023 By Ibrahim Seka Kutai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Kutai Amakoye, who died at Essaba Sub-location. CAUSE NO. 469 OF 2023 By Chrispo Olukanda Muse, deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muganda Sirikwa alias Olukanda Sirakwa, who died at Ebukhunza Sub-location, on 15th December, 1993. CAUSE NO. 477 OF 2023 By Thomas Onyango Esikumo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Okombe Esikumo alias Okombe Esikumo, who died at Ebusiratsi Location, on 14th February, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
