CAUSE NO. 66 OF 2022 By Jonathan Ndeda Awonda, deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Awuonda Ondieki alias Awonda Andieki alias Awonda Ondieki, who died at Ebusakami Location, on 12th September, 1974. CAUSE NO. 288 OF 2023 By Ruth Wangeshi Pandi, deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Pandi James alias Band Omombo, who died at Ebusamia Sub-location, on 31st July, 2006. CAUSE NO. 448 OF 2023 By Enos Evans Musumba, deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Micah Mwando Alukaya, who died at Ebusiloli Sub-location, on 30th November, 2007. CAUSE NO. 458 OF 2023 By Paul Okonda Asitiba, deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukwambo Odunga Amunga, who died at Emateya Village, on 1st June, 1985.
