TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2023 By Ben Onyango Tuda, the deceased’s uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antonius Makoyo Ajawa alias Makoyo Ajawa, who died on 7th December, 1999. CAUSE NO. E177 OF 2023 By (1) Jack Ooko Ayieko and (2) Samwel Onyango Oyiyo, both of P.O. Box 103–40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayieyo Apiyo alias Joseph Ayieyo Apiyo, who died on 29th July, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
