TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2023 By Tom Mboya Bodi, of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bodi Genga, who died at Kawuor Sub-location, on 14th June, 1990. CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2023 By Peterlis Odhiambo Orwa, of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oroche Ranywongi, who died at Kawuor Sub- location, on 18th August, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
