TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2023 By Roselida Amolo Awando, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Awando Godial, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 18th September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E193 OF 2023 By Almelda Sihumo Okelo, the deceased’s grand daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okelo Odek, who died at Membe, on 5th July, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
