TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2023 By Ibrahim Wanyoike Njau, deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nehemia Njau Kamau, who died on 13th July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2023 By David Kamau Njenga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njenga Gatu Kamau, who died at Mpeketoni Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd January, 2020. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2023 By Philip Batef Mwaringa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadzo Sofa Mwangu, who died at Mkunumbi, on 10th August, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
