Box 1, Chemelil in Kenya, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbeche arap Bett, who died at Kapkuong, Nandi, on 7th July, 1978. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2023 By (1) Gladys Jepkemboi and (2) Elly Kipkoskei Misoi, both of P.O. Box 40116, Chemelil in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son,for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsoi arap Kerich, who died at Kibigong, Nandi, on 15th June, 1976. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2023 By (1) Clara Jepkoech Sugut and (2) Teresa Cherop, both of P.O. Box 183, Nandi Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annah Jebichiy Letting alias Ana Jeii Leting, who died at Kaplelmet, Nandi Hills, on 19th March, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
