TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 222 OF 2023 By Nancy Kina Njiru, of P.O. Box 133, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Kavungura alias Njiru Kabungura, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 19th December, 2009. CAUSE NO. 244 OF 2023 By Mary Muthoni Muriithi, of P.O. Box 83, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kariuki Paul alias Kariuki Paul Macharia, who died at Kanja North, on 5th June, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
