WHEREAS Pauline Wangeci Warui, of P.O. Box 3253–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that sub-plot ‘S’ known as L.R. No. 2259/787, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 2nd February, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE 149737/1, and whereas the Co-operative Bank of Kenya Limited has executed a Discharge in favor of the registered owner, and whereas an affidavit has been filed pursuant to section 31 as evidence that the said lease has been misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall dispense with the production of the grant and register the Discharge of Charge provided that no objection has been received within that period.
