REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Grain Industries Limited, of P.O. Box 43362–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold interest of House No. 7 erected on that piece of land known as Plot No. 20929/I/MN containing 0.8318 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 72071, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3).
