REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Keidi Johar Sadikali Saigar, of P.O. Box 90682– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0263 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XI/637, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3).
