REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rose Wanjira Kibui, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.140 hectare or thereabouts, known as Dagoretti/Uthiru/1033 (Nairobi/Block 131/1033), situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
