THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Gladys Wanjiru Kiere and (2) Naftally Wachira Kaguongo, both of P.O. Box 403–00232, Ruiru in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 20727/17, situate in south of Ruiru Township in Kiambu District, by virtue of a grant registered I.R. No. 123368/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
