REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ng’entu Murangiri Njeru (ID/20686679) and (2) Rhoda Nkirote Igweta (ID/20875990), both of P.O. Box 315–00618, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors of all that piece of land known as Kiambaa/Ruak/4058 APRT No. D-4, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
