REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Anderea Ngaira Lukana, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.32 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. North Maragoli Kigama/321, situate in the district of Sabatia, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
