THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Siprina Aluoch Ngiela, of P.O. Box 390, Oyugis in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.37 hectare or thrtrabouts, situate in the district of Rachuonyo, registered under title No. W. Kasipul/Kodera Karabach/2092, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
