THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kangori Kithinji (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.202 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kirinyaga/Gathigiriri/822, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Senior Resident Magistrate’s Court at Wang’uru in Succession Cause No. 61 of 2019, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Grace Ng’endo Kang’ori (ID/13334422) and (2) Paul Kamau Kang’ori (ID/23624220), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to (1) Grace Ng’endo Kang’ori (ID/13334422) and (2) Paul Kamau Kang’ori (ID/23624220), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kangori Kithinji (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
