GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1209

WHEREAS Lucy Wanjira Njue alias Lucy W. Njue alias Njue Lucy Wanjira (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.40, 0.22, 0.22 and 0.14 hectare or thereabouts, known as Gaturi/Githimu/9663, Ngandori/Kiriari/4201, Ngandori/Kiriari/4200 and Ngandori/Kiriari/4937, respectively, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Embu in Succession Cause No. E65 of 2023, has directed that the said pieces of land be registered in the name of (1) John Murithi Njiru and (2) Evans Rutere Mbogo, as administrators to the estate of Lucy Wanjira Njue alias Lucy W. Njue alias Njue Lucy Wanjira (deceased), and whereas all the efforts made to recover the land title deeds issued in respect of the said pieces of land by the Land Registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant document and issue land title deeds to the said (1) John Murithi Njiru (ID/1441991) and (2) Evans Rutere Mbogo (ID/14737176), as administrators, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to Lucy Wanjira Njue alias Lucy W.
