REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Njoroge Kamau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.423 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Machakos, known as Machakos/Nzukini Phase III/235, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kithimani in Succession Cause No. 165 of 2021, has issued a grant of letters of administration to Tabitha Mwithi Njoroge, and whereas the said has executed L.R.A. 39 for registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed for said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 to Tabitha Mwithi Njoroge, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Peter Njoroge Kamau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
