THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ramadhan Almas (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.35 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ngong/Ngong/26905, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 496 of 1983, has issued grant in favour of (1) Ismail Ramadhan alias Ismail Ramadhan Almas and (2) Majengo Ramadhan Almas alias Majengo Ramadhan to be registered administrators, whereas the title deed has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as administrators, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ramadhan Almas (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
