REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Munywoki Katuva Kavuu alias Munyoki Matopa Kapoo (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land registered as Kwale/Mafisini/1201, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Mombasa in Succession Cause No. 11 of 2018, has vested the property to Joshua Muthama Munyoki as personal representative and administrator, whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Munywoki Katuva Kavuu alias Munyoki Matopa Kapoo (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Munywoki Katuva Kavuu alias Munyoki Matopa Kapoo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
